Job Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred. Strong customer-facing professionalism. Experience Minimum 1 year cargo handling, warehouse, logistics, freight forwarding or ramp experience. Prior aviation, ramp, warehouse or cargo experience helpful but not required. Minimum 1 year passenger service or customer service experience in aviation/travel preferred. Minimum 1 year in customer service, healthcare, hospitality or travel preferred. Minimum 2 years aircraft operations, load planning, dispatch support or related experience. Customer service, communication, computer proficiency, teamwork.

Answer inquiries regarding flight information, passenger bookings and reservations, and lost-and-found baggage irregularities.
Check in outbound passengers and their luggage based on their flight itinerary, ensuring accuracy of travel documents and baggage tags.
Assist inbound passengers through immigration and customs and support outbound passengers during the boarding process.
Make public announcements regarding arrivals, departures, delays, and boarding details, following airline and airport standards.
Provide courteous, timely assistance to passengers, including those who may require additional help (e.g., language, mobility, or special service needs), while protecting their dignity and privacy.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the job or for skill development in Airport Services.
Communicate with the Airport Services Supervisor and Lead Airport Services Agent (Passenger) regarding any flight or passenger-service irregularities requiring guidance or escalation.
Coordinate with the Load Planning Specialist for flight information and any load-related passenger service needs.
